CNC Router Programmer and Operator
Schedule: Full-time employee (40-50 hours/week)
Pay: $30-$40/hr
Program CNC router nests, operate CNC machines, and keep up with part demand and delivery.
Primary Job Duties
- Create CNC part nests in Autodesk Fusion 360 and program CAM operations.
- Setup new plates on machines, operate our 2 CNC routers simultaneously, remove and sort parts after run is complete.
- Modify existing CAD models for custom orders.
Secondary Duties
- Routine machine maintenance and work area cleaning.
- Small part fabrication and secondary operations
- CNC Press brake operations
- Part and material inventory and record keeping for customer invoices.
Skills & Experience Required
- CNC and CAM programming experience.
- Aluminum machining and router operations.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
- Basic fabrication skills.

Marine Fabricator & Welder
Schedule: Full-time employee (40-50 hours/week)
Pay: $25-$40/hr.
Primary Job Duties
- Perform fit-up and welding of aluminum boat fuel tanks, custom marine pipework (rod-holders, T-tops, casting platforms), boat hatches, and other products we manufacture and sell.
- Custom boat modifications and aluminum hull repair work.
Secondary Job Duties
- Small part fabrication and secondary operations
- Assist with other work areas (CNC machine loading/unloading, CNC press brake operations, sanding and finishing, shipping and material handling).
- Work area cleanup and routine maintenance on shop equipment.
- Preparation of completed products for shipping.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Highly skilled in aluminum TIG welding. Perfectly sound and aesthetically pleasing welds are a requirement for our products.
- Strong understanding of aluminum metallurgy, filler metal selection, weld preparation and joint designs, and welding quality control.
- Experience with anodized aluminum pipe is preferred.
- Advanced aluminum fabrication skills with experience in pipe bending/rolling, saw operation, fitting and layout of welded assemblies, proper pre-weld cleaning and preparation.
- Must be able to read and understand construction drawings, perform basic fabrication math and trigonometry, decimal to fraction conversions, imperial to metric unit conversions, etc.

Shop Helper – Apprentice Fabricator
The ideal candidate for this job is an entry level individual interested in a career in the metalworking and marine trades and willing to learn new skills.
Schedule: Part time or full time employee
Pay: Depends on experience and skill level. $15/hr for entry level skill with potential for higher wages as you gain experience.
Duties:
- Material handling, cutting, and weld prep.
- Machine and equipment maintenance and repair.
- General mechanic work
- Daily shop cleanup and shop improvement tasks.
- Inventory counting and sorting.
- Prepping parts and job carts for fabricators.
- Packaging and shipping online orders.
- Driving for shop errands or pickups.
Requirements:
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- US Citizen
- Ability to perform physical labor, lift 40-60 lbs, and work safely.
- Pass a drug test and background check.

Expert Aluminum Welder – Part Time 1099 Contractor
Schedule: Flexible, 10-20 hours per week depending on your availability and work backlog. Night and weekends available.
Pay: Depends on experience and skill level, but it will be highly competitive.
Skills Sought
- High quality aluminum and stainless TIG welding
- Aluminum MIG welding in all positions.
- Ability to plan weld sequences and mitigate distortion on welded assemblies.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
General Duties
- Clean, brush, and prepare aluminum parts for welding.
- Fit and weld batches of production parts.
- Complete welding on already fit and tacked aluminum assemblies.
- General work split will be 75% aluminum TIG welding and 25% MIG welding.
