The Goal

• Halk Marine wants to partner with enthusiastic boaters and fishermen to help us promote our offerings.
• The partnership will be mutually beneficial, offering the pro-team member commissions on product sales and offering their followers a first-order discount.

The Deal

• Pro-team members will receive an individual, unique code to share with their followers for use on halkmarine.com.
• Followers using the pro-team member’s code will receive a 10% discount on their first order.
• Pro-team members will earn a 5% commission for each sale they are responsible for (i.e., their individual code is used). You can also redeem the commission for 2x store credit.

What We Are Looking For:

• Existing and new customers who enjoy our products and want to earn commissions for helping us market them to new customers.
• We’re looking for pro-team members to share their own photos, videos, and written accounts across their social media networks by demonstrating our products in action, recording installation videos, and posting positive product reviews. Tag and link Halk Marine accounts and share your code our website.
• It’s a win-win scenario no matter what your level of influence or effort is. You can keep your effort simple or make it very elaborate. We will support you with any information or media support you may need.

The Fine Details and FAQ

• Pro-team members will receive access to an online dashboard showing reports of their commission history, data about clicks and conversion rates, and payments due to them.
• Pro-team members will be able to receive emails or notifications for activity and results on their account.
• Payments can be made automatically by Paypal or manually by check. The payments will be made promptly after allowing sufficient time to manufacture and deliver the item (aka the “Lead Time”), and allowing the return period to elapse. Generally, this time period will be about 4-6 weeks.
• Spamming of forums and social media communities, and knowingly breaking those communities rules against marketing will result in terminating the pro-team member’s status in the program.
• Halk Marine reserves the right to end the pro-team members’ status in the program for any behavior or activity that we feel negatively impacts the brand reputation of Halk Marine, gives customers false or greatly exaggerated information, or appears to deceive or swindle the commission program.
