Custom Livewell Lids

Halk Marine can produce high quality custom livewell lids to add a high-end custom touch to your boat.

Cutting:

The livewell lids are precision cut on a CNC router. The router is accurate to within 0.005″. In addition to engraving custom logos, we can also program the cutouts for your chose latches, hinges, and other hardware.

You can either provide your own drawing or sketch with dimensions, or bring your existing lid to Halk Marine for duplication.

Material

Cast acrylic is lightweight, has high impact resistance, and strong resistance to degradation caused by UV light. Acrylic has a higher optical clarity than glass and is 10 times more shatter resistant.

Choose shape only cutting or upgrade to include hinge and latch opening cuts. Please send hinge and latch cutting template files and dimensions or attach files before adding to cart.

Engraving is performed by cutting the pattern on the backside of the lid in mirror image so it shows through the lid while the top surface remains smooth. Upload your artwork when you check out or send your files to us by email.
