Dry Box Upgrade for Aluminum Hatch

This all in one dry storage and hatch solution is ready to drop into your boat as dry storage box.

Our  CNC machined and formed hatch channel is designed to integrate the mounting flange, drainage channel, and seal ledge with a single component. This means that the hatch frame only needs to be welded at the corners and there will be no distortion and bowing in the frame.

Dry Box Details

  • 1/8″ 5052 aluminum construction.
  • 100% tig welded inside and out.
  • Input the same dimensions as your hatch order and we will weld them together.

Dimensions

  • The hatch ordering dimensions are based on the clear opening inside the hatch.
  • The cutout will need to be 3.75″-4″ larger than your opening dimension.
  • The overall length and width is 6.5″ larger than the opening.
  • The depth of dry box is measured from the top of your deck to the outer bottom side of the box.

Choose bare aluminum or powder coating. This must match your selection for the accompanying hatch.

Powder coating will add 1-2 weeks to the lead time.

Acknowledgement of Hatch Purchase *

By choosing this option, you acknowledge that you understand this product must be purchased with an accompanying flush mount hatch of the same size. If you purchase this item by itself, your order will be cancelled, refunded, and you will be charged a 3% fee for the transaction fee it costs us to cancel the order.
