Delrin Liner Bushing for Guide Pipe

Our Delrin liner bushings are CNC machined to fit tightly inside of sch 40 pipes such as those use in our shallow water anchor brackets

Dimensions:

• The small liner bushing fits inside 1″ sch 40 pipe which is suitable for 3/4″ diameter anchors. The I.D. of the bushing is 0.81″.
• The large liner bushing fits 1-1/4″ sch 40 pipe which is suitable for up to 1″ diameter anchors. The I.D. of the bushing is 1.06″.
• The extra large liner bushing fits 1-1/2″ sch 40 pipe which is suitable for up to 1.315″ diameter anchors (1in sch 40 pipe). The I.D. of the bushing is 1.33″.
• Each bushing is 1.19″ long and fits 1.0″ deep in the receiving pipe.

The small liner bushing will also sleeve inside of the larger liner bushing in case you want flexibility in choosing your anchor size.

These are CNC machined in the USA from of Delrin acetal resin plastic for low-friction and high-wear resistance with high strength & stiffness.
