Euro Style Rod Holder Rocket Launcher

Aluminum rod holder rocket launchers for installation on boat transoms, leaning posts, ice chests, or tool boxes and truck bed walls. Choose your finish (bare aluminum, anodized, or powder coating) as well as options for number of rod holders, style of rod holders, and length.

Euro Style

Euro style rocket launchers are rod holders welded to a flat bar as opposed to a pipe mounted version. The rod holders generally have a tighter fit to the surface they’re being mounted to.

Rod Holders

Choose standard 8.5″ flared rod holders with liners, heavy duty 10″ offshore rod holders, or spinning rod holders.

Recommended spacing:

• 4-6″ for spinning rods
• 6-8″ for flared 8.5 rod holders
• 8-10″ for HD offshore 10″ rod holders

The rod holders on the Euro style are vertical by default. You can customize the tilt angles if want to offset one or multiple rod holders. Just make a note in the customization field below.

Dimensions:

Euro rocket launchers are made from 4″ wide by 1/4″ thick mounting plates. Countersunk mounting holes are machined at regular intervals for secure installation with 1/4″-20 or #14 fasteners.  There will be an extra 2″ of mounting plate on either side for the first and last rod holder.

The rod holder spacing is calculated based on the length you input. This product has a length range of 6 to 144 inches.

Overall Lengths:

The overall length will be (No. of rod holders X spacing) minus 1x spacing plus 4 in.

SPECIAL SHIPPING NOTES:

The overall size and weight of the packaged rocket launcher is calculated and used for your shipping rate. If your rocket launcher is long, you may only see LTL freight available as a shipping option. If it is small enough, you will see the UPS Ground option.

Fasteners:

Fasteners are not included. The countersunk holes are designed for 1/4″-20 machine screws or #14 oval head sheet metal/wood screws.

Finish:

We can use bare (mill finish) aluminum pipe, anodized (polished), or have it powder coated. See this link for information about aluminum coatings.

Note that anodized mounting plates will have 2 cut and rounded edges which will not be anodized.
