Fuel Fill Pocket – 45 degree – Recessed

CNC machined, formed, and tig welded fuel pocket for standard marine filler necks. The pocket is built from marine grade 5052-H32 1/8″ thick aluminum with 6x mounting holes for 3/16″ rivets or #10 screws.

Stainless Fill Neck *

Choose whether to include 316 stainless fill neck. Each deck fitting is clearly marked with international standard symbols and cast-in lettering is color coded. Each fitting includes a replaceable O-ring seal to keep water out. Fits to 1 1/2″ ID hose Includes #10 stainless steel fasteners and key.

Material Finish *

Choose bare aluminum or powdercoating. Note: Powder coating may add 1-2 weeks to leadtime.

Fuel Vent Fitting *

Include stainless 90 degree fuel vent fitting w/ flame screen on the overhead face of the pocket. The fuel vents fit 5/8″ hose.

Custom Opening Dimensions (+$95.00)

If you require custom dimensions, enter the cutout opening size that the pocket should insert into. The format should be HEIGHT” x WIDTH”. The maximum size is 10×10. Do not enter anything here if the standard pocket works for your application.
