You have the option to select “Local Pickup” or “LTL Freight” shipping. Local pickups will be charged sales tax at our physical location in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana (8.7%) and you will be notified when your tank is complete and ready for pickup.

Freight shipping is calculated based on your receiving address for average size tanks and pallets. Very small tanks may be shipped via UPS ground, but most tanks must be shipped on a pallet with our freight carrier. Freight shipping on a pallet is always safest shipping method for the tank to arrive undamaged.

We ensure that shipping costs are reconciled with the customer to guarantee a fair and precise charge. Should the actual cost be lower than what you’ve paid, a refund for the difference in shipping will be issued. Conversely, if the payment falls short, we will notify you and issue an invoice for the extra amount during the tank design phase. Our freight calculator is typically very accurate, making such adjustments infrequent.
