CNC machined and formed aluminum hatch lids. You can use them for your custom hatch project or use them as a basic tray.

Material: 5052 marine grade aluminum, domestic

Thickness Options: 1/8″, 3/16″, or 1/4″

Surface Finish: smooth or diamond plate

Colors: mill finish bare aluminum or powder coated

CNC Cutouts: draw or describe where you would like CNC machined cutouts for latches, hinges, etc.

Stiffener: stiffen the hatch with longitudinal formed and welded channel. On larger lids, we will design a stiffener grid.
